Basic education institutions

The Primary module brings basic education institutions into Ghana’s national entrepreneurship and enterprise-awareness framework. Schools enrol as institutions so programme delivery, reporting, and future learner cohorts stay coordinated under one national system.

  • Introduce early enterprise awareness and problem-solving culture in primary schools
  • Give headteachers and coordinating teachers a clear institutional enrolment path
  • Align school participation with national monitoring and regional support structures
  • Upload learner cohorts and track programme delivery after institutional approval

J.S.S.

Junior Secondary School (J.S.S.)

JHS / J.S.S. institutions

The J.S.S. (Junior High / Junior Secondary) module supports institutions preparing adolescents for practical enterprise skills, creativity, and foundational business literacy — delivered through schools, not individual student sign-up.

  • Strengthen junior secondary entrepreneurship clubs and project-based learning
  • Create a verified institutional channel for J.S.S. participation
  • Support regional officers with a clean register of participating schools
  • Track cohort participation, skills, and programme delivery at school level

The S.S.S. (Senior High / Senior Secondary) module helps secondary institutions formalise participation in national youth enterprise pathways — including career readiness, innovation challenges, and school-led entrepreneurship programmes.

  • Connect S.S.S. institutions to national entrepreneurship standards
  • Support school-led innovation and enterprise competitions
  • Provide a verified institutional register for senior secondary participation
  • Run enterprise programmes with skills tracking, competitions, and mentorship

Universities & Polytechnics

Universities, technical universities, polytechnics

Universities, technical universities, and polytechnics enrol as institutions to participate in national tertiary entrepreneurship pathways. This is separate from DreamBiz, where individual tertiary graduates register personally for the GEDP graduate track.

  • Onboard tertiary teaching institutions into the national framework
  • Support campus entrepreneurship centres and faculty coordinators
  • Keep institutional registration distinct from graduate self-registration
  • Coordinate campus cohorts, programme delivery, and term reporting

Graduate Entrepreneurship Development Programme (GEDP)

Individual tertiary graduates

The Graduate Entrepreneurship Development Programme (GEDP) is the national track for tertiary graduates building ventures through registration, screening, training, mentorship, funding pathways, and monitoring. Programme information is published on GEDP.org; individual participation runs on DreamBiz.

  • Equip tertiary graduates to form and grow viable ventures
